Gov / DVSA pull trailer licence changes from debate

[Justme]

The Gov / DVSA have pulled the planned changes to the BE test from debate in the Commons today & the Lords for an unscheduled date.

They are now looking at making a new plan / representing the plan at a later date.

You cant make this stuff up,

Actually there is a change.
Till this there was a plan & potential date it would change, allowing people to tow personally & once certification scheme was set up professionally.
Now there is nothing but an empty hole & no towing over the 750kg / 3500kg combined can happen.

Just had reply from my MP.
Its not news as we thought.
The delay is due to admin not changing the coming into force date from the 15th to a new date.
So it looks like it will be back in the commons ASAP with a new date.
So same plan just new date.
