This is a Hiab

It can be identified by the logo on the side, that says "Hiab" and has a logo that looks a bit like a elephant.

Haha,

Is this the name as many non hiabs as possible 🤔 🤪

There's also PM and bonfigiolli. I've an obscure 'hiab' similar to the picture (but not the same) that was made by a firm called AIM in the USA.

Sorry Dave, the kids are playing. Someone with a bit of common will be along shortly, unfortunately it’s not me. Gra?
unfortunately I don't recognise it either Bri ... can't be many with a ring gear and motor though - 's not a full 360 rotator either, like my Tico, with the rotary coupling down through the king post, or it'd kill the plumbing

... as for the " children " never had Rory down as a pedant

any man and his dog'd know that 'Hiab' is the generic go to name for loader cranes, much like JCB is for digger/excavators for a lot of folk

Mobile toilet? I had an axle off one like that when Phelan’s finished the Thrapston bipass. Built the daddy of car trailers on it.
I've a pair of real HD axles off similar .... they're gonna get put under a trailer when I feel inclined to create one ... have had the materials here a while ... just never seem to have the 'spare' time like I used to :unsure::(

Could be a viper. Need a better pic of it complete though.

I think it’s a viper too used to have one on the front of a Ivor trailer on the opposite side of the worm that rotates it is a hole in the shaft so can be turned with a crank handle when the motor is removed

Don’t have the spare time? You’re retired.
there is always something demanding my attention Bri (usually Pam with a can you just) ... haven't been out on a bike for years, 'cos when the sun is out there's always summat I ought to be doing instead
I have no idea HTF I used to manage to do a 10/11 hr day in work 5 often 6 days a week :unsure:o_O
