See the EA has stopped work on Carlisle flood defence till spring,too wet!
Bet there's a few nervous folk up there after last two floods,was working up at shap first time went home early cos of weather,couldn't understand all the boats being towed up m6,saw the news n water was up to bedroom window level in centre,lol or the big storm 1287 that changed the shape of east Sussex,suppose that was climate change!
