Yes, ive an ally dropside with timber floor that get 1.6t on in when empty.

You can only realistically carry a high tip dumper or micro on it as weight of ramps, buckets ect all knock it down.

My ali beaver tail had a payload of around 1.3t but it was a proper plant bed not a weedy car transporter type bed

Ah ok. I would want to be able to carry the micro and dumper so 1.5 tone without buckets. I'll stick with the trailer set up.

You might be able to do it with one of those Citroen front wheel drive low loaders
There is a hire company round here that does micro and track dumper with one but don't know if legally
