Flappy cylinders

Advice please. I don’t (yet) own a die grinder. Need to clean out the axle hub and the frame to allow bushes and new pin to fit nice on the scissor lift.
Saw @V8Druid mention using flappy cylinders on a die grinder to clean out bushes. Will I get away with a combi , or is RPM going to be way too slow? Any suggestions for source of the cylinders? Lots of sets on amazon and eBay but can’t see much from my normal sellers. Smallest one from toolstation is 25mm and my pin is about 18 mm.

none of this gear'd be at a commercial use level, but for the intermittent use I give it they're fine
