Could buy a nice little genny for that price - limited only to how much gogo juice you carry ..... shudder to think what new batteries are for it and how often you'd kill them

I did wonder how the batteries would stand up to it....must absolutely suck them of juice rapido... Handy it takes "off the shelf" ones tho iykwim

I did buy the SIP cordless welder earlier this year... its absolutely brilliant

Haven't run it down on a job yet, although i only really use it for brackets etc on site.

alot cheaper than the esab one as well

My dad was thumbing a nice estwing hammer over the other day ...I fancy a new one...
But I'll leave it for now my one I got in 1989 is still going strong. As long as I've worked with him he's had a fibreglass sandvik hammer ...time served chippy . Don't make em like this anymore type of fella. Does like his festool now....often get the old "wish I'd had this when I was on the roofs"

Was taking him to Christie's for his cancer treatment...comes out of his house with a walking stick...wth dad never seen that. Oh it's my consultant he's told me I need one and got mad when I didn't have one ..it's ok I'll pack it away till I next go. Still working most days.

My dad had heart attack last year he’s 77 still working(playing/keeping busy) , saw a letter on the side from his cardiologist “I was alarmed to find out mr “dad” wasn’t taking any of his medication anymore!” Decided he didn’t like some of the side effects like headaches so stopped taking all of them!! Ffs

Years ago I had a stick welder thingy I got off my grandad that ran off 3 or 4 car batteries wired in series worked really well I remember making a trailer for a garden tractor with it you used more or less batteries depending on the size of rod
