Electrical headaches on a Volvo EC25 mini digger

I'm hoping the Forum 'hive mind' can help. I have recently acquired a 2004 Volvo EC25 digger. it has some electrical issues and has, like most older machines, been messed about with and had bits added (or cut out) with no record. I seem to have hit a wall in trying to find a wiring diagram that is in English, has wire colours shown, does not have half the print missing and is readable without having to use a magnifying glass. !!
Does any one have a wiring diagram for this model or be able to point me in the direction of someone who can supply one? I appreciate that Forums cannot allow
members to post links to 'free' stuff that is on the internet, (because of copyright issues), but I would have thought that with a machine of this age, there would be a wiring diagram available. Even if I have to buy it. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I've got a 600 odd page PDF manual covering EC15b /EC20 .... but it's abysmal in places .... just looking at the electrical pages and they're dire on some pages

On something of that vintage, depending upon how much of a rats nest it is, it may well be easier to just start again. Can’t imagine there’s much to it.

Fortunately it isn't a massive loom. But, from my Land Rover experience, having an original wiring diagram at least gives you a fighting chance of getting things back in the right place. It would save a lot of wire chasing time.

how much/what experience do you have of 360s? there're a few 'nuances' that are pretty exclusive to them, that without experience of them could present a lot of head scratching ... aside from those the rest is pretty much straight forward automotive type circuitry .. f'rinstance the dead man circuitry and functionality can be challenging to the uninitiated

I had several Volvo's of that vintage, some had a rather primitive diagnostic system that was very sensitive to bad earth's, would be best to eliminate if possible

Ah, bad earths.........a very common Land Rover problem too

Guys hope you can help me out. My Volvo EC25 (2003) hydraulics stopped working when I was working - (engine still running). Then I turned off engine and it won't crank. First thing I checked was dead man switch but it seems fine - (I have not checked wiring yet, just switch). I was checking the fuses and the fuse number 2 (7.5amp) was blowen. I swapped out fuse but it blowen straight away when I turned ignition on. Does anyone know what fuse number 2 is for? and would it have anything to do with the starting circuit? I could be doing with a wiring diagram if anyone can kindly supply to me. I have attached photo of fuse box - Fuse number 2 is the second from the left - (I have fuse removed in photo).
