Thought I'd post this here in case it helps others.
Hitch alarm on engcon ec206b wouldn't go off even though bucket was securely on and locked off.
There are two sensors one on the end of the pins that go through front jaw like below.
And a sensor that goes through back jaw that is accessed via a little plate on side of hitch.
In my case a stone must have been in the back jaw when I tried to lock off hitch and this stone had been crumbed and some shoved up the sensor pin hole, it had pushed sensor rod far enough away not to activate sensor when bucket pin was in position in the jaw, it can be repositioned from above behind the plate.
Simple when you know how,but not immediately obvious to spot when jaw has crud in.
