Digging not working

I got this digger not long ago, it is a komatsu 2 ton pc12 uu,
The jib will not move or turn and the dead handle seems not doing anything,
Can any one help please.

Are there any hydraulic functions working? If non maybe the coupling from the engine to the pumps has gone.
Try checking if there is a switch on the dead man, is working correctly, if it is electrically ok trace the wires back to the valve and check again, if still ok the wiring should be OK, and you need to look at the solenoid or the valve itself.
The dead man may have a Bowden cable set up, check its attached both, inner and outer and working correctly, if it is trace the other end of the cable and check it still working at that end, if not the Bowden cable has broke, if it is you need to look at the valve.
