Container doors needing TLC

I’ve had this container for about 20 years . It’s spent the last 10 in a rented steading with the left door permanently shut and the right permanently open .
It’s now going to sit outside in my wee yard at home so the doors need to operate properly. The 2 long rods that turn to lock the doors are seized solid . I’ve sprayed them with deblock but not shifting .
They bolt on . What’s the best way to sort them ?
Can you buy replacement ones ?
Also anyone fitted a personnel door in the side of a container ?
I’d like to put one in it .
Any ideas ???

If you can unbolt them I would have thought you could get them freed off the are not the most complicated of things
Even if you only get one working to pull the water seal tight then fit a sliding bar across the front for security
Some round here was selling kits for containers consisting of a giant bolt made of 6 inch square box so a petrol disk cutter couldn't easily cut through the whole thing then channel to weld on the inside of the door one piece on the door and one piece on the container wall so as the doors closed the pieces locked together so if the hinges where the doors still couldn't be removed without cutting the bolt as it locked the doors solidly together.

As for man doors I've seen a few with upvc doors fitted just a hole cut flat plate welded round the door stood in the cut out and two bits of plate to sandwich the frame in place and a whole load of mastic to seal

As for man doors I've seen a few with upvc doors fitted just a hole cut flat plate welded round the door stood in the cut out and two bits of plate to sandwich the frame in place and a whole load of mastic to seal

kind of defeats the security though .... flat frame welded in as said or better still an angle to give a slam then make up a door with box section and a plate face ... some weld on hinges and a couple of triple throw mortice locks ... job did

there was also Perkson Forgings (who made a lot of Jaggers stuff -- I discovered ) -- sadly I have yet to discover a website/online presence for them .. and binned their vast catalogue

Can you buy replacement ones ?

Try service metals if you want to buy new door gear. They have a road transport catalogue for the hinges and twist lock door bars.
Or container supplies company.

You would think so but tbh watching the police programs on tv those euro doors are amazingly strong
If you then stuck a piece of steel over them even if you just used gripfill
And boxed 8n the lock and handle I think you would be on about level peggings with a homemade steel door

Fortunately Security isn’t much of an issue .
I just need to deter an occasional honest thief so any lockable door would suffice
