got a 2011 8016 jcb takes about 6mins for controls to function after i hit the aux pedal can someone tell me whats wrong

It’s what I do!
Pilot filter blocked or pilot pump down on pressure, hydraulic oil low or needs changing.

Mick is usually pretty spot on with his diagnoses
had a similar-ish issue with a hired 8014 a while ago .... control sticks'd 'go to sleep' if you didn't keep it cooking
... stop for a few minutes and i'd have to wait for the sticks to ' wake up ' ...... fine once they had Footer block 1
