Benford 3 ton lister petter issues

My trusty old dumper which I have the most respect for has some issues I’d ideally like to resolve and repair

When I press the clutch in motion it stops the dumper and I can only change gear when stopped because of this so no range up or down change while rolling

Any thoughts on this

What are the sysmptoms - can't disengage a gear when in motion, or the gears grind when you try to select the next gear?

First thought - could be the clutch dragging.

brakes locked on in the front axle. Very common issue on these.

Does it roll in neutral? Does the engine note change when depressing the clutch in neutral?
