Atlas breaker leaky bit

Any ideas on what this bit is, it's on an atlas sb100 breaker.

I'm told it was squirting out from that seal.

Is it an easy fix or send away? I'm told it was still working very well, which I don't disbelieve.

Without inspection, I would guess this is the accumulator oil below, gas above, it may still be pushing the anvil and piston up and down but the ground breaking pressure will be less as the diaphragm may be split, and the gas has leaked out, needs de gassing stripping and a new diaphragm fitted, I’m not 100% sure on whether this is a rubber diaphragm type or not, but certainly the accumulator needs inspecting.

Thanks, it's been a bloody good breaker, it's now 19 years old, I had a new nose cone on it a few years ago but never given any grief up til the other day when I got the call it's leaking.
