about 10 years ago I took a load of asbestos out of a bricked around prefab under building control
I had the right masks and full suit, building control use to come and see most days he never bothered
to put on a mask ,I was not allowed to take it to the tip but the house owner was (he not a builder) so
I loaded on to his car trailer and he took to Wangford tip
