We have all seen it and thought how the hell do you keep your job.
It happened to me today and I flipped, it wasn't my machine but it could so easily of been if the circumstances were different, the said blue carded op "I have a better more descriptive set of words to use but I won't" was on a duck today and I witnessed him trying to break concrete at least 18 inches thick with the bucket using the tried and tested method of arm half way up dipper all the way out then power down and keep repeating if I had not gone over and said what the f**k do you think your doing he would still be there this evening I might add the machine has a tilty.
A Monkey is to good a description and he then phoned the "Boss" and I got a round of fucks for interfering, What the f**k is this industry coming to. There is a difference between using a machine and giving it a hard time to just plain abuse to the extreme
There is a lot of talk about the complete incompetence towards giving cards out and back in the summer a blue carded op decided to push home some decent sized concrete pipes with the tipping links and bucket ram and that was my machine!!!
There is a few folk on here who know who I work for apart from Allelys, I have always been bought up by Father to respect other peoples belongings and so I look after stuff like its my own in this instance "More fool me"............ I would say RANT OVER but i'm afraid this 1 is getting to me.
