2016 Thwaites Brake Fluid

For my 2016 Thwaites Mach2066 6 ton dumper -
I'm in the Unites States and having trouble finding the service manual specified brake oil "Mineral oil to ISO HV32" - I can't find the exact match here. Can anyone help me find "Mineral oil to ISO HV32" here in the US. A specific brand with matching specs would be a big help. I don't know what is in there now, so I'm planning on purging the system and starting fresh.

Hi and welcome.
HV32 is not a brake fluid which is why you are having trouble finding it (you are looking in the wrong place).
HV32 is a regular hydraulic oil and will be available anywhere that stocks a range of oils.
That said, '32 seems a bit heavy (thick) for brakes - I would have thought '15 more appropriate, but if that's the spec. you have, then stick with it.

Don't get too hung-up on the "HV" prefix - some brands use their own codes. eg. Castrol AWS32 is close enough to the same thing.

Correct, we use thwaites spec 32HV in all our dumpers.
