It was the coldest morning I'd used it today -2. All was normal when warmed, up probably 10mins

maybe the nut under the lever has come loose, or the plate that holds down the poppets has loosened! Are there any leaks yet ?

Rear plunger stuck in the servo, when pushing forward it takes the oil away from the slightly stuck one, does the boom move as soon as the left hand arm Is down?

Not sure. First time its done it. When all warmed up, you have to push/pull that lever slightly more than the others.
Can you adjust them

No just sticky, take out and clean, not to heavily, there are seals!

The lever will unbolt under the rubber gator, be careful with the wire, it will pull through, once the disc resting on the poppet valves is removed, there is a plate that retains the 4 plungers, in your case the rear one will be lower than the others, remove the plate carefully, and you will see they are made of brass, clean them with petrol, they are sprung from below so check springs are all ok.

He’s nailed the issue and description - I’d go with his explanation and unbolt that lever (which I reckon is the 4 bolts in the corners).

Hiluxman was first to answer let him have it! It gets messy from here on, better to do the repair out of the cab, you need to remove the all 6 servo pipes, mark them well. Then undo the four corner bolts and take the whole servo out, I’ve used gloves and cable ties before to cap the pipes. Let me know when it’s out

I know nothing lol. It was what I'd of looked at if it was my digger but I'd not want to give it as sound advice.
