Boris saying he`s not ruled out a bank holiday on Monday if England win the football.
This has the potential too really mess up Monday`s work for some, calling a holiday on Sunday night is cutting it fine!

I booked a load of muck away for Monday, booked nearly two weeks ago as I knew they are busy and I need to get in early if I want something. They phoned me Thursday to ask if I really needed it done on Monday because they’d got so many drivers booked off on Monday due to the football! WTF!

No idea what sort of clown always books big games/fights for a late Sunday night Or 3am Monday
I've seen a few companies giving people the day off but it's probably due to the fact they'll either not turn up or be too wasted to do anything

Got to agree win or lose there will be staff shortages Monday.

I`ve got to collect some machinery from a factory in the midlands on Monday, I`ve asked my customer will the factory (their customer) be open if they call a holiday? Answer, Should be.

Idea is beyond bonkers. My nephew has asked for the day off and permission granted. He is 22 and thinks it should be a bank holiday. My 8 year older is wiser. She has a school trip booked for Monday that had previously been cancelled due to COVID. She told him that is more important than having a day off school.

ESPN+ wants me to pay $6 to watch the game. I'm pissed, lol. They showed many of the lead up games on airwave tv but put the final on cable.

My daughters primary school is allowing them to come in a bit later as I’m guessing a lot of them might be allowed to stay up later than normal to watch the game. I’m up for that myself- life needn’t be quite so serious all the time and for them it will probably be a great memory.

More likely that many will be bored to sleep. Can’t see it being a great game unless we go at them right at the start. But let’s us hope!!

It least someones got some sense, better than deciding whether or not to call a bank holiday at eleven o`clock on a Sunday night.

Loads of people kicking up a fuss on face book about big companies drug and alcohol testing Monday morning.
Whilst I have no interest in football I can understand people wanting to watch it but don't understand how grown men feel it's unfair to be expected to watch it without a getting rat arsed and sniffing their keys
