I can confirm that they do not yet have a fuel guage, so the tb219 is still the older generation machine similar to the likes of a tb016.
The tb216 is the new generation machine with the digital dash and fuel gauge, more electronics etc.

I wouldn't worry about it was just curious as my 219 is a 2016 and has no gauge just wondered if they changed them at all. At the end of the day it says a lot about the 219 that they haven't changed anything since they brought them out in 07/08

Anyone I seem to speak to say that they like the older style Takeuchi better than the newer models, a fuel gauge wont bother me to be honest as I grease and fuel the machine every morning when in use.

I did have a go in the Yanmar but only pissing about, I never got to dig a hole and backfill it, the place I went was George Collier at Balado, same place I got my New Holland.
Theres another dealer in Cumbernauld, MTS Plant.

looks very tidy Boyo (y)

400 miles and 6.5 hrs from me though .... an' I want a 3-ish t job
The machine is very tidy indeed, I always look after my machinery! If it was a 2 ton machine you were after then 400 miles is worth the travel for one as good as this lol

Ah ok, I didn’t realise they where doing Yanmar, I know MTS had recently moved to Cumbernauld.

There is also Yanmar dealer in Alva / menstrie that’s out a few sv18 to Tillicoultry quarries, Stevie Walker Plant Sales, just up at Marshall’s plant yard

That's right actually, the guy from George Collier called Stevie Walker to see if he had any in stock but he doesn't currently, I got a few prices from MTS, they went very competitive compared to others.
