Looking for one of these on 30mm pins that will fit E10 and KX613. 75mm centres probably? Wondering which size to aim for. Always feel that rakes can be bigger than normal as you never get much in them.

I have one on 75mm I wouldn't go any smaller because it becomes quite limited unless bone dry. Depends what your trying to do with it I guess but for my uses 75mm has been perfect

4ft would be perfect for a kx61 might be a bit on the big side for a micro but they're not that heavy and for purely raking rather than shifting it may be ok on an E10.

I've got one of those, on 25mm pins for my yanmar micro. Really handy bucket, I've used it a lot for ripping up and sorting (badly laid 😬) patios, ideal for lifting then separating the slabs from the sandy sub base. Good for rough soil prep too, and I've used it for mucking out the cow pen a few times as it bites through the compacted straw muck well 👍👍
Mines 75mm too

75mm 48" seems to be the ideal one. Just need to measure centres. Have to take a pin out to make the E10 buckets fit on the KX.. so needs to have loose pins.

thought 75mm pin ctrs was incredibly small could get away with 120/145 twin hole centres - just - with enough meat between them ;)

I got mine from BMC. I ended up getting the 24" with 50mm gaps - it is great. I paid £290 + vat and carriage.

I decided against getting too wide a bucket. You'd be surprised how much still gets through the 50mm gaps. The action of shaking the bucket to riddle it is quite aggressive, so I took the view that 24" would put less stress on the joints! I guess it depends what you're riddling. Perhaps a rake would work well much wider. I found BMC very helpful.

Yeah think mine is 50mm and like you said a lot gets through maybe a riddle bucket would be better.

I am still undecided on whether to go 36" or 48". I think 75mm spacings will work better on fiddling through waste hardcore. If I ever want to use on E10 I think 48" will be too much to do anything with other than just raking.

Whats folks thoughts on BMC versus Digbits? Prices seem comparable.

Weights on 48" seem to about 130kg and 36" only about half of that... Unless I am getting my facts wrong
