Been looking for a 68 Charger for three years now the odd one comes up but I am being very choosey it's got to be Black would like the big block 440 ish engine and would like a manual box if possible but they are few and far between, There are a few around but they are making serious money, I have found a few 383 engine cars with 3 speed auto boxes but it would be a second best alternative then. I did bid on a Resto modded one a while back but in a way it had too much modern stuff added on to it which takes away the rawness of having a muscle car, I Should go to the states and have a good search as some of the restored cars available look nice but the way some cars get restored out there leaves a little to be desired.
This is a 69 but otherwise ticks all of your boxes - what a lovely car @topkit

Funnily enough the wife (Err indoors) sent me that link as she does facebook and i refuse to! really want the 68 it has a one piece front grille, Round rear lights and its the Bullitt car year.. Actually sat and watched the film on tv Monday evening still one of the greatest car chases ever, No AI just pure driving skill, Actually read that the charger used in the long chase was a big block 440 which was pulling away from the Mustang so Bill Hickman had to ease off to let the Mustang catch up again. This will be one of my last classics that i purchase so it has to be the right one,

Agreed on the one piece grille
Did you see the bullitt recreation on car and classic?
Adverts removed now but was a looker .

I'd fancy this but you'd probably get some anti American nutjobs keying it now 😠

Those old chargers are mega money 🤯
Ronin has got to be up there with best car chases in a film, real cars, no CGI although the cars were modified as the actors had the real joy/misery of being actually sat in the driver's seat while the action was taking place with the actual drivers mounted out of shot

Don't know tbh, didn't even notice it or get a proper pic of the Kobelco as they didn't have the exact one I wanted.

I did ask the yard man if I could squirrel one away while no one is looking...
