That’s not a totally daft idea- if I could find one suitably sized. I think the gap will be too long.

I’d be able to wind both tight and take out any play.

The insufficient flow would be because the flow is routed though the centre joint.

Did consider that but I’d deffo do both sides

A little extra work, but weld a boss onto the blade frame and just put a short arm in this bit? You’d only need to do one side I’d guess.. you’d fly 600 tracks on then View attachment 68835

Thats not a bad option. Max clearance and easily put back to standard
