Company 1 - owns all assets , no risk.
Company2 - takes the work on with all risk but no assets, runs debt up and goes bust when mates company doesn’t pay trillions.. (ohhh no what a shame)
Company 1 - sell up and owner retire to Caribbean with all the ££ (ohh no what a shame, everyone retires happily into the sunset)
Something like that anyway - not saying in anyway shape or form that’s what’s gone on with the above, but it’s no doubt happened in the past
