Lovely. I reckon it's only a matter of time before Doobin's is coming to work in the digger with him too!

Id much prefer a pussycat purring away behind the seat than the snappy little terrier that I currently have to put up with.
Would be terrier or lurcher for me - lurcher too big for cab and mrs not a terrier fan so we stuck :)

Buy her a cute terrier pup- she'll soon come round to the idea. To be fair mines a lovely chap really, he's either asleep or "up to something" just got limited social skills😩
My old man had a brilliant working Fell terrier - fair to say that had linited social skills too :)

Sparty would jump up on a wheel or mudguard or stand on the front deck and wait for me to come around
WP_20180521_13_41_44_Pro.jpg

so he could climb in the cab and chill, watching the world go round :)

or if it was real warm he'd stretch out on the deck .. front or rear - wasn't fussy

also liked to ride round on the Coutax too ... got to the point where I used to strap one of his beds to the bonnet, to stop him sliding off

Cats do like a cab I've found. Our old ginger tom growing up could always be found in a cab- usually the several abandoned Zetors lying around the place🤣

Start on a new job today- rock facing this eroded river bank. Bit of a mission getting the boulders down to it as half a mile from where they're tipped and only just fit the 3 ton dumper down there. Otherwise would have been the perfect job for my Case

That looks like great fun :) What are you loading the dumper with?

Some of those must be on the limit?
Oh yeah for sure. But can get them in easy enough with the thumb- if it's a really big one I'll tip the dumper up and jack the digger up on the blade to give enough height to get it in. Tbh wrestling oversized rocks with undersized diggers is the story of my life😩🤣

how do you intend to fit baffles into that IBC ?? ... and where did you find that half IBC - heard of them, but never seen one for sale anywhere
Years of looking! They are on my searches as we use the 600l ones for work. You can buy baffle balls but they are very expensive. I will use 60m of 4” pipe cut at right length and posted in. If you use smooth pipe you can keep lifting and sliding till it’s full, Needs em, makes you feel seasick otherwise 🤣

I've never seen one advertised :unsure:

neat idea (y) ... wonder if you could feed a roll of 100mm perf in 'til it was virtually stuffed.. would have a similar effect
