Tera engineering scammer ???

Has anyone had any dealings with @tera engineering? 5 months waited for attachment’s to arrive! Order still in complete as this is 2nd time lost in transit apparently!!Couldn’t provide tracking first time around. All seems a bit strange when @wardgroupage (courier) shows photo of pallet picked up with only 1 attachment!!

Jack at Tera engineering says sent two attachments on pallet!? Bucket & brush

Also every time i ask where bucket is & when replacement will be dispatched he deletes message of his instragam page!

Have taken screen shots to prove this.

Same pallet maybe but is it the same brush in the photo? Bottom pic has a wispy bristle sticking out, top one doesn’t? They don’t just straighten themselves up overnight - unless it’s just caught in the bucket.

Either way it’s dodjy! What’s his answer to the courier having a photo of only the brush?

Going off the banding (I know millions of folks use it) but I’d say only the brush has been sent, can’t imagine the courier rebranding in exactly the same stuff.. they’d just leave it loose

The bucket was on that pallet with the brush at some point. You can see the marks on the brush where the headstock of the bucket has rubbed against the paint.

And also a straight mark on the wood of the pallet exactly where the leading edge of the bucket has been

Out of the two, I'd believe warde groupage.. I've heard stories of him taking deposits and not delivering the goods!

He sent the picture of bucket & brush on pallet 4 wks before he sent brush, Told me they had been dispatched but then he said he found them back of w/shop Then said couldn’t dispatch as road was getting tar’d for two wks!! Then brush just gets sent.

Totally insufficient packing, that label...really 🫣...that's a good reason why you never got it. Likely got lost in system...but agree with others they sound an utter bunch of jokers. 4weeks later who's he trying to kid . HTF some folk still in business

How did you pay? I'd be attempting to do a chargeback or at least contact bank fraud team.

Could well be he's struggling with admin etc but he's not helping himself and it's only going to end one way

a bad entry on FB is an amazing tool for getting action - would you trust this clown to deliver your order type thing ... just set out your experience and wait for the commentary ... he's likely to take more notice of that than any sh1t you give him direct
