have you taken it apart ? to see if oil is passing the seals?
i had one go lazy ,carried on trying to finnish a job ,endseals in the ram were fecked ,fecked the ram completly

Ye I have disconnected the hoses one at a time to see if oil passes thru and once the oil is out of the disconnected end it stops. If that makes sense.the flow seems restricted it makes a sort of whistling noise. I was the same used it a few hours finishing off.

That would be good please . I’ve pulled the floor pan out today and the spool for bucket service has a whistle on it and seems to be warmer than the others, I assume the spoils are segments but I am not sure.

PRV with a bit of rubber stuck in the seat?

or a possibly blocked/obstructed adapter in a port somewhere? ram, any joints or the slice ??
if it was a collapsing hose inner it should, in theory, only be one way that is affected

Ok I have marked two blue hoses and two red hoses, I forgot about KX36 having steel pipe to some of the services!! Anyway swap the hoses blues to reds and operate the bucket lever, what ever moves will be what will operate the other two hoses, use that lever then to move the bucket!
