Toyota offered a crane that folds into head board on the hilux, back in 97 in UK. I've only ever seen one in person.
But I've seen an imported mk3 hilux advertised with one fitted and that was a 1990 truck.

built a very similar tipping truck back for my mate Martin (who died in the glider accident a while back) ... had it on his two door Hilux for years ... will almost certainly have some paper pix of it somewhereThis popped up on Facebook yesterday and I had to share
Love how the crane folds back into the headboard. I can see this being a very useful machine.

It's nice and all, but not practical for your average tradesman. It's got tool space, but not much. Load space, but not much. Crane, not much capacity.
For the price of that you could run three vehicles dedicated to their tasks. Proper tipper, 4wd tipper and a van.

You can try them consecutively if that is the case. Can still work out quite scary and expensive if you get them in the order wrong!!
