CDS06 screening bucket

Hi all, thought I'd share a few pictures a screening bucket we supplied to a local customer. The CDS06 is thought to be the smallest steel rotor screening bucket on the market.
Fitted to a Hitachi ZX19 the machine handled it pretty well.

chains I'd bet. Always breaking on the Remu I was on. Need to be in an oil bath or have an oiler that you can top up at the start of each shift. Just my opinion

Do you do different stars and different spacing like remu?

supposed to be for a 3+ tonner .... 's a big bucket for a 3 t machine but came with a 30mm pin cheek set up

It’s not so much about the size of the bucket, but more about the size of the screening area. Pick less up and screen quicker with faster cycle times.
