Not in my experience. Gutted really as the Brian James DiggerPlant seemed a very nicely made thing. It couldn’t take our use though, but the lower weight-rated Ifor GH series trailers we ran/run might rattle but haven’t ever snapped.
Well I did get annoyed with some of the sounds my ifor was making the other week and seen as I had some 3in1 oil to hand I covered the springs in it and has been quiet ever since. But won't be long before it's dried out I'm sure.....the bj is still quite as the the day it came.I'm open to any suggestions, sensible or otherwise

Its now 8 years old. Exactly same trailer...bj digger plant. If it was going to snap it would of by nowyet !!

Iw is springs bj is rubber. Was abit of tongue in cheek comment. But the 3in1 quietened down the ifor no end. The bj has never rattled. But that's why ifor is known for the 'ifor rattle'springs or rubber axles? make a hell of a difference
if you can stick the noise the IW's 'spendies are less likely to let you down than rubbers .. driving over kerbs fully loaded kills 'em PDQ
The load ramp supports don’t touch the floor and aren’t adjustable so are a total waste of time, Brian James were made aware of it from day 1 and weren’t interested. I can only assume they’ve changed the design since but they’ve lost any future business from me - that particular trailer has ended up on long-term loan to a mate on light duties as it is a bag of s**t as far as I’m concerned.

Indespension alumax has a higher payload but is north of 1k moreI’d try something else but I don’t think there’s anything else with the same payload as the gh1054
Have looked at them, lot of money for a extra 70kg and a hole in the floor.
I think you may be right, not sure how much is Ali but can't see it standing up to day to day plant use.
