Everyone going bit silly over these on face ache

They claim 780kg weight! Which I think just can’t be true. The Knott 1800kg axles and wheels are 160kg a pop so that’s 480kg for 3 of them, Knott hitch 60kg, etc

So that leaves about 240kg for rails, cross members, head and tail board, floor is aluminium but says over timber floor.

Can’t find an actual weight for them over than dealer claimed 780kg

They look very strongly built! I don’t see how that can be much less than 1 tonne empty though….

Was it the advert towing a 5t Kubota. If it survived that there must be a fair weight of metal init.

agreed (but can't be more than 1020kgs) ..... and if the bedplate is one piece as advertised, they must be having the sheets specially de-coiled for them ... would need a BIG order placing to achieve that ... looks good but would like to see the weighbridge clock with my own eyes ... as Giles says the figures just DO NOT stack up, but the axles'd only need to be 1300kg units, which're considerably lighter, so might just be do-able

My tri axle 146 with sides, ramps and a bit of muck on is over a ton on weighbridge, these look much heavier than that

axles must be groaning with that on there rubber beams do not take kindly to being overloaded

Trailer over 1020kg unladen weight can be pulled by dpv or discovery without o license as in certain situations the are exempt

3 x 1800kg axles gives you 5400kg so not to bad with a trailer that weighs the same as a blue ribbon chocolate bar lol

least he's put the breaker in the hilux, love to see it stop in a hurry
