BADGERS!! ........ disturbing badgers, how on earth can you disturb a badger ? .
The honoury mother in law would dearly love to know how to discourage the badgers that are taking over her garden.

I'm clearing an overgrown garden currently within easy eye sight of hers and concerns have been raised that a small depression in the ground could be a summer set and that the tiny scratches in the lawn could be badger foraging . Not a sign of any badgers and I'd welcome the chance to drag an unwilling "planning ecologist" for a field study of what the territory of a town badger really looks like 😀

(Oddly enough the girlfriend calls me "the old badger" and thinks I'm stubborn & disruptive 🤣)
"
2ltr coke bottle oxy bombs on a long lead ... that'd disturb/discourage most things I can think of :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: .... wanna be a fair way from any windows though ;)(y)

tractor all ready but turned wet. So Olly is adding an extension to the mill to do 4.8m lengths and I’m replacing the central core of my forwarder rim sawdust burner. Upped the holes from 6 to 8mm this time.

No, it’s a firm from Preston area mate.
Wilson's. Afaik they run the largest hire of rental choppers in UK and hire them all over the world. and big into biomass. Their chip pile is impressive.😳 👍 biggest ag contractors round here by a long shot. Harry Wilson is a legend of a bloke.

Bought or made in house Doob?
I've had the extention kit since I bought the mill. Got asked for some 3.6m cladding, was halfway through collecting the first log when I remembered that the mill was only 3m capacity!

The subframe is just old universal column and some fishplates, works well. I never get asked to take it to site, if I do it can unblolt or can all fit on the 18' trailer with 1' overhang. Although that makes taking to site with the loader in one trip awkward although probably not impossible!

There's also the issue that the barn it's currently in is not wide enough to forklift it out- but it's OK, I have a backhoe now! :ROFLMAO:

Hope you have better weather than we do! Concrete on its way?🤔👍
They couldn't get concrete till first thing Thursday so they have added some more boards and braces.

Got to where the wall returns to the house and the footing was 1.9m down so had to dig out what was at 1.5m 🙄
