See, I found rhinox unhelpful when I bought two of their buckets. One got sold without even digging a hole, the other I rarely use!

Yeah i think with these larger companies it's often a case of who answers the phone that day and how arsed they're feeling! But I can only speak as I find and was well impressed with how efficiently they sorted me out.
Jury's still out on the buckets I suppose- I'll let you know when I've tried prising a few granite boulders from the Earth's grip.

Probably want to get your contracts reworded Harry, if your own customer base declines (due to contractual obligations) every time highway plant sales incorporated Ltd plc makes a sale your only going to end up with the one customer…..
