Thinking about selling my 3CX, Sitemaster 63 plate just under 4000 hours. What’s it worth? See similar ones on Mascus for about £30-35k, would that be realistic?

I’ll have to see what I can do Piped for hammer, no air con. Hydraulic hitch and side shift, newback tyres about a month ago and new fronts about the start of this year.
