where'd you find that
scrapped four of them when I cleared the workshop Dyl ..
sadly -- no one wanted them - great welders and also had a twin op set, that you could configure as a single op x 600 amp set -- singles needed a 32A x 3ph+N to run 'em ... never ran the twin as a single - never needed to melt the planet

empty cases from two of 'em and the twin set .. windings were all solid copper and worth more stripped out ... hell of a weight, even without all the oil in 'em which went into me waste drums for collection

yeh I know @Stroppymonkey .. sad but I had a completion date to work to and if it hadn't sold, it was getting skipped .... so much I should've brought home, but there were limits :rolleyes::cry:

they're a fair lump - drain the oil first ;) ... there's a lot of it in there (y) and let it stand a day. ...... so what size is the ring spanner then ?

Not looked yet, it will be a shed ornament with Paul's piston

you and the rest of us ... been real uphill this week :(

the welder or the spanner :giggle: .. dunno what windings are fetching ATM but they'd weigh in at around 200+kgs ... plus 100kgs of steel for the cabinet .... the spanner'd probably cost you that new maybe more
