Good opportunity, but a long list of requirements and ultimately those that tick the boxes will either want more money than is available or will be forging there own path. I'd say either there will be some settling for less or the role will be vacant for some time.

I’m surprised anyone who does forestry work would expect their operator to keep the machine scratch free and still get a decent amount of work done.

Decent advert imo - and tbf most of them are not real requirements only the cards..... the rest is basically saying they want someone good.

I struggle with the dent/scratch free. I not regard this forum as social media!!
Tbh I'd say he's pretty serious on that, hence he will struggle.

I Personally don't give much of a hoot on scratches on my own stuff..... Outside contracting is different and I run a tight attitude to it. But it's unavoidable sometimes if your working in tight spaces..... Although it's possible he doesn't have that issue/type of work.

I depends what you extend it too. Back end of a zero swing machine then yes it should be scratch free. But are they extending this to the inside of the dipper??
