hi how are all,
new to the forum !!
i have a 2008 terex ta9 that wont tip a full load or wont tip any load when on an uphill incline.
i have gotten by the last 2 years just giving it 3/4 full loads, but towards the end of the day she struggles to even tip that.
the dumper is going well otherwise and has 5000 hours and has the cummins engine.
is it the hydraulic pump that needs reconditioning or changing? or the tipping rams

rams are your cheapest option to try first - seals bypassing
try tipping it 6-8" and letting it sit .. see if it creeps down ?

Have you started with the basics like hydraulic oil level? Does it make any groaning noises when trying to tip?
Id say the rams are at fault, seal is likely gone.
That said start at the start

well have not left it tipped up a bit with a load on, but the skip does drop when parked tipped up and empty. lets say if you left it tipped to let the rain not build up it would have moved a nice bit over the weekend. the rams appear in good condition but internally they could be losing pressure.

hydraulic oil level is good, and there are no funny noises either. the steering force is also good. steers normally.
