That's what I was thinking today looking at the area I've got to do. I've got manual ones, work great but there must be a better solutionI have a manual one ... 's bloody hard work![]()
was gonna say the same - has to be perfect every timeNever seem to work tidy unless your mix is perfect.
Wonder if something like this
Quikpoint TURBO Mortar Gun | Pointing Gun / Electric Repointing Gun - Sunrise Tools

Thanks. There's screw type ones on amazon for reasonable money, £50 not £350 so might try 1 of them. Money isn't an issue, just want someone to say these are the dogsSadly not we use hawk and finger trowel push it in fast as you can with the lime then come back Trim it then churn brush it when gone waxy
Tried the skeleton gun type ones with point paving but mix was so wet and plasticised it wasn’t much cop once in the joint,
Seen some ppl using the drill powered ones on social media
You've still got to trowel it DaveI love a good gadget, but a trowel is £10 and a better job![]()
It’s still not something for an unskilled labourer. The mix needs to be perfect.Plus it's something the unskilled labourer can do, and I can just do the trowel bit
