I'm having to compress photos for uploading after upgrading my phone what's the maximum size/what should I be aiming for?

I take it it'll have some ridiculous mega pixel camera then so pics will be massive. I think my phone only about 16mp or something like that so I've never had to compress any.

bloody hell .... mine's 2mp --- I think ....... my Pro DSLR is only 12.4mp

last galaxy I had was an S3 took good pix though ....... but 108Mp FFS .... spose it's the only way to make digital zooms readable
