Paperwork for steel frame erection.

I'm not a stranger to health and safety paperwork (we employ a dedicated advisor for our small domestic works) but currently the shoe is on the other foot. As a client, what documentation should I reasonably expect to be receiving for a steel frame shed erection? The company constructing the building is also arranging the erection through a third party/family member.
I am only paying the company that made the building.
Scaffolding and safety netting was separately detailed on the quotation. Not seen any yet (although roof sheets not going on yet) and so far all work had been done from a man basket, no MEWP on site 😑

plenty of pix ;) ... when charged for anything that wasn't there, you have the evidence to contradict it

Sadly it's not that simple as shrugging it onto them theses days you have joint obligations depending on how site is set up? Are you principal contractor or simply the owner ?

It's all in the CDM regs.

As a very minimum you want to be seeing proof of their insurance, RAMs and method statements we ask for all this plus they sign in an agree to our T&C's basically covering our arse as best we can.
I'm by no means an expert but just don't want you getting burnt in this increasingly shite world of passing the buck.

Am aware that as owner there are responsibilities that can pass back to me, hence question. Oddly I popped in today and netting and scaffold is going up :)
