Hi I have luigon 909e 2021 the main arm won’t stop raising up unless you put joystick down any ideas hydraulics fed levers any ideas thanks

Is it not within warranty still. Would have thought dealer would be first port of call at this age? Probably a stuck valve.

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
or a sticky poppet in the joystick

That or solenoid on the valve block? Good chance it’s out of warrenty..or a sticky poppet in the joystick

Hi yep out warranty been on phone to luigon tday waste time not interested will lol tomorrow at spool valve

That's poor. It's not an old machine and if the likes of Luigon want to make headway in the UK then they need to pull the stops out to inspire confidence in their machines.

As Druid said. Before you investigate the valves his suggestion would be the first thing to check as easier to access id think

lift the boots and show 'em some WD40
then give 'em all a good wobble with the machine switched off

As Mr Druid said, I had a similar problem in a mini digger and i pulled the boot up and sparayed WD aroundthe base, Mine was just stuck it's fine now.
