Jcb telehandler 535, year 2015. There's a problem with the front legs, sometimes they work but then they can just stop worrying.
I changed a relay switch on the fuse board and this fixed it for one day then stopped working the next day.

Do they stop working completely or is it just that you are unable to raise them but still able to lower them.

Sorry it's a 2005 telehandler, I've replaced the issorlater switch on the dashboard, I replaced some relay switches on the fuse board, this fixed it for a day but the next day the problem came back and the legs were stuck in the down position so I can't use the machine at all.

Trying to think if there is a lockout on the boom sensor, ie if the boom is out it locks the legs independent of the dash lock switch. When the wear pads wear out the boom sensors catch and knacker things up, could be worth a look?

I am thinking it is probably a lock out problem of some sort which is why I asked if it would allow the legs to lower but not raise.
Ass on seat & rear axle load sensor are other possibilities.

No the legs won't lower or raise, both legs stop working. It's not a hydraulic problem definitely electric. This telehandler hasn't got many sense on it, it will still boom out when the tilt alarm is beeping.

If both legs stop working and they are switched separately it must be a lockout problem rather than a problem with the switching circuit or a solenoid etc.

I’ve sold mine now(2016model) so can’t check but I’m pretty sure I could boom out with the legs down and then adjust them to level the forks up even with weight on them.. which says to me the legs weren’t overly connected into the load sensing part of the electronics , which would wipe out a lot of the sensors aforementioned. But who knows with these machines, they change the wiring on them weekly sometimes!!

Has the boom angle sensor failed? If so that may be your problem... Does it have a grey or black box at the back of the boom (LHS) just infront of pivot pin? They shouldn't let you fold the legs down with the boom elevated beyond a certain height.

I think an angle sensor
