JCB 3CX Sitemaster Slow movement

Hi, I've got a JCB 3XC Sitemaster 1986 digger. When I put it in forward, moves well for about 15 seconds, then slows down (not the engine) to almost a stop. I put it up on the legs and put it into gear to check the wheels, and I found I could almost stop the one back wheels from going round! Would anyone know what the problem might be?

Thanks

Tim

Is the torque converter fluid level correct? Not 100% without checking, but on that year its checked ticking over.
Being able to stop one wheel, while on the jacks sounds fine, if the other one keeps turning.
