Anyone going from South Wales that want to do a car share? Can't afford to miss a day but 7 days a week killing me at moment so a day away might do some good

I went, satnav said 2.5 hrs, took me almost 5 due to the shitshow running the parking, some of them talking to drivers instead of getting them moving, one car park entrance, one genius ballet dancing instead of directing traffic (seriously - I couldn’t believe it myself) all while there were tailbacks two miles each way. No phone signal so having got the ticket on my phone, couldn’t use it, radio stations were all crap reception once into Derbyshire.

Not too bad once in, there was a lot of smaller equipment than I expected, and a lot of tool and component suppliers, which really was the draw for me. Terex Finlay had an impressive range of their kit on display, the downside was there was very little operating compared to last time, like most of them did just a few minutes every hour. That’s probably down to fuel prices. I ended up there almost until close, after about 4.00 the crowds thinned right down.

wasn’t too hot compared to 2019, but if you go, have a good dump before you leave home, and take a packed lunch unless you like overpaying for crap.

I went must be nearly 20 years ago. I still remember, they parked the cars in rows of 3 🤣🤣 how the hell the row in the middle got out😆

I went yesterday. It was hot,but very cloudy thankfully.Perking was shite as others say.
Mobile signal was zero, causing a bit of anxiety.
The wifi was down totally at one point and all the exibitors were moaning like f**k.So no checking of emails, whatsapp calls etc..
overall it was a good day out though.
And there were free pens... 😀 I was under orders to grab a few.
