Has Anyone Used Vizalogix for Technician Management? Looking for Insights!

Hey everyone,

We’ve been facing some tough challenges with hiring and training at our company, I posted about that and have received some valuable feedback from you! Highly appreciate the help!!
We recently came across something called Vizalogix , vizalogix.com. It’s supposed to help with parts browsing, service scheduling, and technician selection through an app i think's called Technician Now.

Has anyone here had any experience with Vizalogix? We’re curious to hear if it’s helped streamline operations or improve service request management and technician dispatch. Any feedback or insights would be really helpful as we consider our options.
