Hey lads I know the general thoughts on the Chinese hardware on here but I'm looking for a mini loader to speed up my soil or whatever it is on the day that I'm getting rid of, At the moment I hire a mini loader or just get my truck as close to my mini ex as I can.
Was wondering if anyone here has some first hand experience with the newer mini loaders coming over, Some of these UHD and UHI ones seemed to have been received pretty well over here but I don't personally know anyone to ask about them. Generally just wondering if the main problems are spare parts and repairs or if these things are actually still just straight up scams that wouldn't even be able to pick up and move my reasonably sized dad after a night out.

I don't believe anyone on here has one yet but on YouTube there are loads of destruction tests on them by the yanks

No personal experience, but the number of second hand UHI tractors listed with only 50~100 hours speaks volumes.

A very similar topic that gets discussed here is honda clone engines for which many of us do have personal experience.
In this case, it's easy to do a direct comparison because one is trying to be the other - but the clones fall a long way short.

The "claimed Specs" is an interesting point. A few years ago I bought a 40 T log splitter - well it claimed "40 T".
Based only on its own specs (pump pressure and cylinder diam), it's not possible for it to be more than 30 T.
Performance wise, it's a wonderful thing. I feed it with Red Gum, Blue Gum (twisted grain like willow), Yellow Box and Iron Bark - none of this limp wristed soft woods! - I love it, but it's still not what it claims to be.
