Thanks for the heads up @Giles - potentially a cheap head for someone.
I bottled it at £1100 as am always a bit wary of niche gear in a random sale like that - it’d be potentially big money to replace a motor or get a bent rotor sorted.

Over £1700 plus vat and fees etc. I was hoping to steal it around £500, quickly realised that wasn’t going to happen but thought it worth a punt at £1k (which grew a bit!).was at 250 quid when I looked at it last night

.... or any auction come to that ... not many have an opportunity to attend any more

There were a couple of stump grinders in Saturdays live sale that made very little money tree lads would love them I bet. Didn’t think at time when I saw them

Similar to your flail though it doesn't take a lot wrong with it to cost big bucks.
If they have come of a hire firm there could be a lot of wear

most of that is going to be at least double pallet rate, at least ... be lucky to find any pallet shipper do a full pallet at that rate DaveCan’t find shipping costs anywhere? Can’t imagine a pallet will be £54 plus vat

That used to be standard pallet rate for here, had one go at that price not so long ago. Granted prices move fast these days!
