Cba to watch it, but I’ll tell you now if there is something up with a new jcb machine they will 100% sort it for you! Yeah I’ve had to scream and shout before, but any issues have ALWAYS been rectified for me… and I’m as fussy as they get!!

That guy is hard to listen too, look at me I'm a YouTuber! In the comments apparently it's not bent in another video, so he done it.
I watched it on Sunday and thought exactly the same thing, How many times did he say "I'm a youtuber"

I always say there is two sides to every story! My take on it is, it wasn't a demo machine, He mentions about paint being toughed up, I know that new machines will get touched up at PDI, paint can get "marked" in transport etc.

He says he was only lifting ton bags? with that wee machine! surely she wouldn't lift it clear? I think he has "dragged" a ton bag off a trailer or lorry and the sudden snap has bent the ram?........ Just My thoughts, I don't know anything about the situation.

Now, probably the service adviser has rubbed him up the wrong way at the start by saying it was his fault without even seeing it! There are other way to tell someone that they broke something

The paint on mine is s**t.
Attention to detail was also very poor, how can you deliver a brand new machine with the belly plate barely hanging on.
Also have a random misfire that cause it to die down and then catch itself before it cuts out, only happens every now and again

i watched 5 mins of it yesterday. To get a ram under warrranty is probably very good going.

Being a youtuber shouldnt give you any more or less customer service. Sadly it probably does for customers.

Touch up is fairly normal, it sadly isnt a car

Look at Gunners and Engon - the influencer effect is real !
Engcon were quick to get on that bandwagon back in the 2013 ish days when Eddie LGP, Shaun Gratton and Ollie, i am pretty sure there was a commision going there way which rightly so they did a lot of work.

Engcon must have spent a lot of money promoting the concept early on, I remember them at a lot of trade shows.

I had to deal with a JCB 55 with a bent bucket ram a few years back. I was a bit shocked how easy it was to straighten out. Didn’t give any more trouble, and never did get the honest answer how it got bent.

used to straighten dozens of rams for our local hydraulics shop ... most were a POP in the press - only ever had one snap and went off like a carrot with virtually/relatively no straightening force/pressure applied to it, when it went off
