Any one had any experience with any of the motor movers like the caravan version but with way more capacity?
Happened to come across a video of a guy moving a car trailer (although was empty) into a really awkward spot which according to them would be "impossible" to do with a vehicle. To be fair it does look to be that way to get it out but might be doable to get it in.

I don't really struggle to get my trailers in but with nights getting darker it can be a bit of a ball ache as it is tight getting the plant trailer in as have to squeeze past the tipper and a wall which is 500mm or so of free space depending on how the other trailer has lined up.

Could probably rig one of the track dumpers but as they both sit on the tipper it's not really a viable option.

Ground is currently stone and gravel

I would of thought they should work ok, I`ve heard of people when they have been stuck on a camp site, they used the caravan to push the car out using them.

I looked at this in detail a few years ago. Hard to do on IW trailers for various reasons. Found a couple of workarounds for us. Put a front ball hitch on the Dmax helps a lot Ball hitch on the Tracked carrier is another useful tool. Will try and find a photo....

Darent think of the cost but this could be handy?

Literally just been looking at them, was a barely used one on eBay that was up for £3450.
Trailer mounted ones are out of the question as would need two sets and more costly than that used mover, looks like will be adding some floodlights and trying not to scratch the ranger

Can get tracked ones, seen one in an auction recently
Need a bit of weight to it and ability to get the drawbar up high enough on to put decent weight onto the mover.
You can get powered jockey wheels but never tried one and would need good surface to work on

There's a couple on there shame they are 1.5t. looks like there is 4 models 1.5, 2.5 a 2.5rs and a 4.5.
Might have been worth a punt if either were the 2.5t versions

How solid is the stone and gravel?

Sounds like an excuse to spend the same money as a 'camper trolley' and get a forklift. Add some big old LED lights to it too.

I just clamp a ball hitch bracket that I made to the end of the forks, but you could cut a fork down for ultimate manoverability.
